We had interior stem in house installed four years ago and always had problem from beginning and water still coming in. The company no longer in business so no warranty. Rick came out and found what was wrong and explained what was needed. The workers did a great job protecting our belongings and paying attention to the additional details we requested. Great company and easy to work with will be recommending to everyone we know.

We had few other companies out that all they wanted to do is sell us waterproofing for entire house when all we had was a small issue in one corner on a new home. The owner from Precision came out and found the problem was a connection for sump pump wasn't tied in properly and fixed our issue for $ 250 when everyone else wanted $ 15,000 plus to fix whole house. We are so glad there are still honest companies out there. Thank you Rick for all you did for us.

Very professional and respectful of our house. Completed the work in a prompt and diligent manner. Mike and his crew were so polite and easy to work with the entire time. We worried about the mess that we would have afterwards but was pleasantly surprised after the crew cleaned up.

We can't thank Rick and  crew enough for all they did for us. We had other companies out that just wanted to make a sale and bad mouth every other company out there. We almost decided not to do anything at all until Rick came out and was so pleasant and explained everything and never pressured us. The job Brian and his crew did was way beyond are expectations even do some little extras that we never asked for without charging us. From the very beginning with Rick making us feel so comfortable to the end with crew doing such a great job we cannot say enough good things about this company.

I had two walls in my basement that were bowing in. Rick pulled some paneling from wall and showed me where wall shifting at the bottom and coming in. The other company never noticed it and just wanted to sell me a floor and sump pump. I had Rick and his crew remove and rebuild two walls of the house and so glad we did. Once we removed the rest of the paneling I couldn't believe my walls were still standing at all. The job took four more days than planned but I am so happy with they way everything worked out. The crew even went further then they needed planting grass and clean up so I didn't have to do anything.
